Dalton Refund Policy

  1. Online Purchases
  • In the event that you change your mind and are not 100% satisfied with your Dalton Product, or you believe that the Dalton Product you have received is faulty, you can request a return or exchange via email. Just follow the simple returns process online.
  • You have 30 days to return your Dalton Product which must be in its original purchase condition. The packaging needs to be un opened, unused and in its original packaging.
  • We are unable to reimburse original shipping costs with the return of the Dalton Product, unless the return was as a result of our error.
  • If your return is received within the 30 day returns period, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the Dalton Product. This will be refunded to the credit or debit card used to pay for the Dalton Product.
  • If you return your Dalton Product outside of the 30 day returns period, you may receive a full refund or a partial refund which will be at Essential Beauty’s discretion.
  • Please allow for a 2 week time frame from posting your return and it being processed by our Essential Beauty team. When your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email advising it will take between 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account. Please be aware that it may take up to 2 weeks for your financial institution to process your return.

 

  1. In-Store Returns

2.1       If purchasing a Dalton Product in store, the 30 day returns period still applies.

2.2       In order to receive a full refund for your unused Dalton Product, you must present proof of purchase.

2.3       Your refund will be in the same form of payment as your purchase was made.

2.4       Dalton does not accept mailed returns for Dalton Products purchased in store.

2.5       Due to each store being a franchised business, Essential Beauty salons are unable to process a refund/s for Dalton Products purchased online.

Please use the packaging that your Dalton Product came in when returning your product/s via post. Dalton in cooperation with Essential Beauty, wishes to reduce waste and make more environmentally friendly choices.
